Here are the rest of the layouts I did last weekend. Once again, I cheaped out and took pics instead of scanning them in, so the quality is crappy. oops! ;) I'll start with my least favorites...
This was the last layout I did...thank goodness it was a kit, so I didn't have to think too much. It's old product, but I still love these acrylic letters...yum.
Another kit...an oldie from My Mind's Eye. I call this my ugly Easter page, because the kiddo and I were lookin' kinda rough that morning...in fact, I've put off doing this page for a couple of years because I hate the photos so much. So I'm glad it's done...phew!
This is one of those situations where I probably wouldn't have ever scrapped these photos, because I couldn't decide what to do with them, so they sat in my drawer for a couple of years. Then, when I was rummaging through my stash I found yet another kit, and voila...not fabulous, but hey, it's a completed layout and that's gotta count for somethin'! ;)
Okay, now onto some that I actually like/love...
Yum...these butterflies from K&Company make my heart go pitter patter.
Remember these Basic Grey frogs? I'm so glad I finally had a reason to use them...they're cute aren't they?
Hmmm...love this Teresa Collins stuff! And why not mix it together with some gozillion year old Lil Davis chipboard, some foam stamp/acrylic painted images, Cricut lettering, MM chipboard, and a Queen and Co. button. Sure!
By the way...check out that little photo of Miss Priss way back in the day...how freakin' cute was my little chunk o'muffin??? Where the heck have these ten years gone? Man!
A huntin' we will go, well...not we, more like they.
This tree...this damned little tree...it's the whole reason I bought the Pink Paislee papers. Had no idea of what I was gonna do with 'em, but when I saw this wee little tree, I knew I had to have it. HAD to HAVE it. I paired it up with some green scalloped stuff from Creative Imaginations, a sprinkling of Prima flowers, a dash of Bling, and some old Bazzill brads.
I think it's perfect...(even if the photo isn't.)
Thanks Shawna W. for the inspiration for this layout...You cost me six bucks, or however much these chipboard dinosaurs cost! As soon as I saw your layout with them, I knew they would be joining my stash. How freakin' cute are they!!
This layout gave me fits because it doesn't have a title on it. Sure, there are no rules that say a layout MUST have a title, but it's an irksome obsession of mine. I NEED a title to make me feel complete, but I'm gonna be a big girl and leave it title-less...huff, puff, growl.
And one last layout...just a silly two-pager about the scrapbook shopping adventures we've been on. I think I need to journal on it, so I'll probably add a box in that empty corner over there. Can you tell I was in a pink and black mood this weekend? I think I used just about every piece of pink and/or pink and black paper I own! :)
Phew, now that I've posted all these puppies, I guess I need to scrap some more! Or maybe I'll go ahead and start preplanning what I'm gonna work on when we go on our next scrapbooking retreat in June. Yep, we're hittin' the road again...this time with a different group of friends from the scrapbook store...Sherry, Autumn, Christy, Tricia, Elizabeth, and Kristine and I. We're heading to St. Simons for a weekend of scrapping and even a field trip over the border to the kickass scrapbook stores in Jacksonville. I can't wait!!!!
All of your layouts are Great! I have the Pink Paislee tree paper and I am stumped with that paper I want to do it justice but it is overwelming me. I like what you did with yours!
I really like the photos of Elizabeth and page in the layout "Baby your a 10".
